I think the children that she said isn't children literally but the children she is referring to is the "NEW ALBUM" or a new material like her upcoming "BORN this WAY BALL" which starts it's first leg in Asia this April 27, 2012.

Lady Gaga has the natural talent that Maonna has just never had. Gaga started playing piano when she was only 4 years old and has trained ever since and she is also very skilled at playing the guitar. Madonna has dabbled in playing the guitar but has extremely limited skill. Gaga has a voice that rivals the best singers in the industry.

I have soaked up her incredible talent, that aching vulnerability, her dedication to her craft and her ‘never giving up’ attitude. I have a new-found respect for her (prior to the Oscar) and excited for her to win one. One of the first things she said when she received her Oscar was ‘I worked hard for this’ and she has.

She is in intense pain because of fibromyalgia, getting massages. She metaphorizes the pain as someone pulling a string in her toe and it's hurting her entire right side from toe to head.
